How Our Service Works

• We install the hardware (sold separately) on the clients premises or at their home.

• The network is then configured to give access to the internet.

• We secure the network from intruders using standard wireless software and protocols.

• Then the PC / Games console is joined to the wireless network.

• We charge £40 for the call out within the Preston PR post code area. (This includes up to an hour of the engineers time on site.)
  And then an Additional, £35 per hour after that. ( PC W0rld charge £89 )

Installation Times

Because we understand that most people work for a living we try and perform the installations during the evening and at weekends. Most Installations can be scheduled to take place within three days, although emergency fixes or maintenance can be carried out the same day but incur an extra charge. We only cover the Preston post codes area.(Call or email for details)
